SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of payment, and actual shipping may take 4-7 days.
At this time, shipping is only offered to USA and Canada.
Items are shipped USPS Ground Advantage or Priority. Ground Advantage generally takes 4-7 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation to arrive for US orders and Prioirty is generally 2-4 business days. Canada orders take 1-4 weeks for arrival.
Tzigns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped. If USPS says your item was delivered, we are unable to replace it.
For international orders, Tzigns is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees upon the package arrival to your country.

RETURNS
Contact me by email at Tessa@Tzigns.com within 14 days of receiving your item to discuss. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Shipping specifics will be discussed during the initial email exchanges.
A partial refund may be granted if the item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
– Digital Items –
Digital items (PDF downloads) are non-refundable.
– Custom orders –
Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged due to the specific requests.
