Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of payment, and actual shipping may take 4-7 days.

At this time, shipping is only offered to USA and Canada.

Items are shipped USPS Ground Advantage or Priority. Ground Advantage generally takes 4-7 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation to arrive for US orders and Priority is generally 2-4 business days. Canada orders take 2-4 weeks for arrival.

Tzigns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped. If USPS says your item was delivered, we are unable to replace it.

For international orders, Tzigns is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees upon the package arrival to your country.
